It’s really nice to meet you. My name is Cassandra and I’m just another girl on the internet that probably shares too much with strangers and really should take a crash course on TMI. I have a steady relationship with my couch and potatoes is a staple in my life. I also have a growing passion for fitness and health (and everything gluten free). I support carbohydrates and my spirit animal is an unicorn. I’m not even kidding, I’m fabulous.

I believe that the best way you can show just how much you love your body is by taking care of it. That means getting active, eating your greens and concentrating on your mental health. If eating ice cream once a week keeps you from murdering someone, I highly recommend a steady supply of ice cream in your household.

My goal is to inspire and motivate you to make the change in your life. Remember it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change. There will be a few ups and downs and we call them squats. Don’t give up. If you take a little detour, just make sure to take the next exit.
